This page explains the terms and privacy practices that apply to PROJECT-JTH LLC iOS applications, Project Relay, and the broader PROJECT-JTH family of websites, products, services, courses, creative work, consulting, and digital offerings.
This section applies to iOS applications published, owned, or operated by PROJECT-JTH LLC, including applications distributed through Apple’s App Store.
PROJECT-JTH LLC may publish iOS applications for personal use, journaling, martial arts training support, creative reference, education, productivity, or related purposes. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any PROJECT-JTH LLC iOS application, you agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Our iOS applications are designed to minimize data collection. Unless a specific application clearly states otherwise inside the app or on its App Store listing, PROJECT-JTH LLC does not intentionally collect, sell, rent, trade, or share personal data from iOS application users.
In general, any data you enter into one of our iOS applications is intended to remain on your device unless the application clearly provides a feature that allows you to export, back up, sync, share, or transmit that information. If an app uses Apple-provided services such as App Store distribution, subscriptions, in-app purchases, crash reporting, diagnostics, iCloud, TestFlight, or other Apple platform features, Apple may process information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
If an iOS application is sold through the App Store, offers an in-app purchase, or offers a subscription, all payment processing, refund handling, renewal management, cancellation, and billing account management are handled through Apple and the user’s Apple Account. PROJECT-JTH LLC does not directly receive or store your full payment card information from Apple App Store transactions.
Subscription cancellation, renewal, and refund requests should be managed through Apple’s App Store subscription and purchase systems unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PROJECT-JTH LLC iOS applications may include journaling tools, training notes, educational prompts, martial arts references, mindset concepts, creative planning resources, or other informational features. These applications are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, training, conduct, and safety.
You are responsible for the information you enter into any iOS application. Do not enter sensitive information, confidential third-party information, protected health information, financial account information, government identification numbers, or information you are not authorized to store or manage.
PROJECT-JTH LLC iOS applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information directly to PROJECT-JTH LLC, they may contact us and request review or deletion.

This section applies specifically to Project Relay, a PROJECT-JTH LLC service for contract, licensing, release, verification, gallery-delivery, and documentation workflows.
Project Relay is designed to help photographers, studios, creative teams, brands, agencies, and related users manage documentation workflows. This may include engagement setup, contracts, model releases, licensing terms, image usage permissions, ID verification workflows, client records, project notes, and controlled delivery of galleries or related project materials.
Project Relay may provide tools, workflows, templates, prompts, or structured documentation fields, but it does not provide legal advice. PROJECT-JTH LLC is not acting as your attorney, and use of Project Relay does not create an attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for ensuring that your contracts, releases, licenses, policies, and workflows are appropriate for your business, jurisdiction, clients, and intended use. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.
Project Relay may allow users to upload, create, transmit, store, or manage information, documents, files, images, client details, contact information, identification records, release data, licensing records, signatures, or related materials. This information is referred to in this section as “Project Relay Content.”
You retain ownership of your Project Relay Content. By using Project Relay, you grant PROJECT-JTH LLC the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display, transmit, secure, back up, and otherwise operate Project Relay for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree that you are responsible for:
If Project Relay includes ID verification, age confirmation, release validation, or similar workflows, those tools are provided to support documentation and recordkeeping. They do not guarantee that a person’s identity, age, authorization, consent, capacity, or legal status has been conclusively verified. You are responsible for determining whether additional verification, review, or professional guidance is necessary.
Do not upload highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your workflow and you have the legal right to do so. This includes government identification, minors’ information, confidential client information, private addresses, financial information, protected health information, or any information subject to special legal handling requirements.
Project Relay may include features that help restrict access to galleries, downloads, documents, or project materials until certain steps are completed. These features are intended to assist with workflow management and documentation, but PROJECT-JTH LLC does not guarantee that gated delivery, access control, signatures, or verification steps will prevent every unauthorized access, download, copy, screenshot, misuse, or redistribution.
Project Relay may integrate with or rely on third-party systems for hosting, payments, email delivery, file storage, analytics, authentication, form submission, electronic signatures, automation, or other functionality. Use of third-party services may be governed by those providers’ separate terms and privacy policies.
If Project Relay is offered as a paid product, subscription, beta, trial, one-time purchase, or service package, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation rules, account limits, usage limits, and included features will be described at the point of purchase or in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.
Project Relay may include beta, experimental, or evolving features. We may modify, improve, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or error-free operation.
PROJECT-JTH LLC uses Project Relay information to provide, maintain, secure, support, improve, and administer the service. We do not sell Project Relay user data. We may process account information, contact information, project records, uploaded files, usage information, support communications, and billing-related information as needed to operate the service.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, to comply with valid legal process, to support business operations through service providers, or with your direction or consent.
Questions about Project Relay terms, privacy, account access, data requests, or support may be sent to: [email protected].

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all websites, copy, designs, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, course materials, worksheets, frameworks, downloads, software, processes, text, images, audio, video, and other materials created or provided by PROJECT-JTH LLC are owned by PROJECT-JTH LLC or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, upload, display, scrape, train machine-learning systems on, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.
When you purchase or access a course, download, guide, worksheet, template, digital product, or similar material, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use or internal business use, unless a separate written license states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share login access, or repackage those materials as your own.
Creative services may be governed by separate proposals, statements of work, invoices, contracts, licensing terms, usage rights, releases, production agreements, or delivery terms. If a separate written agreement conflicts with this general policy, the specific written agreement controls for that project.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivered creative work may be licensed for the agreed use and scope, while raw files, project files, working files, source files, behind-the-scenes materials, unused edits, and internal production materials remain the property of PROJECT-JTH LLC or the applicable creator.
Speaking, training, consulting, workshops, and advisory services are educational and strategic in nature. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize applicable charges. Payment processors, course platforms, app stores, scheduling systems, or other third-party providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Unless a separate written agreement, checkout page, proposal, or applicable law states otherwise, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. For services, deposits, retainers, booking fees, and production fees may be non-refundable because time, scheduling, planning, preparation, and opportunity costs begin before final delivery.
