It includes clients, contacts, projects, and search, but it is focused on proposal-to-delivery contract documentation, signing, proof export, and gated handoff.

No. Project Relay does not host galleries.

For delivery, you attach an external gallery or delivery URL such as Drive, Pixieset, or another link. Project Relay keeps the delivery record connected to the project.

No. Project Relay does not provide invoicing or payment processing.

Proposals can include itemized pricing, retainers, optional dollar discounts, and hours credits, but payment collection is not part of the product.

Templates are starting points only. Users should have an attorney review their documents and workflows for their jurisdiction and specific use case.

No. Project Relay supports ID and selfie collection for manual review by the account owner.

Identity uploads are encrypted, can be accepted or rejected, and can be managed with retention purge tooling, but Project Relay does not provide automated identity verification.

Project Relay uses a mobile-first magic-link signing portal.

Signers do not need accounts. They can review documents, draw or type a signature, and complete assigned paperwork through the signing link. Dual-party signing is available when both the signer and studio/business need to sign.

Project Relay includes built-in templates, markdown editing, merge variables, roster-driven generation, incremental generation, change orders, and up to three supplemental agreement slots.

The labels and available workflow emphasis differ by mode. Content Production includes production-specific templates and variables. Custom / General Contracts includes service-provider templates and variables.

Content Production mode includes a scope estimator, saved pricing scenarios, auto talent/crew/property releases from the roster, usage license planning, optional asset/license schedules, and a “Deliver finals” workflow that activates licenses on delivery.

It is built around the Side A release layer and Side B client usage-license layer of commercial production work.

Custom / General Contracts mode is built for service-provider paperwork without the production licensing layer.

It includes proposals with line-item pricing, MSA, SOW, primary services agreement, NDA, supplemental agreements, manual document selection, “Complete delivery,” and optional work acceptance sign-off per delivery batch.

The forensic ZIP bundle is a one-click export that can include verifiable PDFs, paper trail review copies, attachments, signed manifest, audit chain, integrity seal, and verifier script.

It is designed to keep the project’s documentation record easier to preserve, review, and verify later.

The delivery gate helps block delivery until required paperwork is complete and the bundle exists.

In Content Production mode, delivery gating also includes license checks. In both modes, Project Relay uses an external delivery or gallery URL rather than hosting the gallery itself.

Project Relay is live in beta and offers a 5-day free trial with no credit card required. During beta and initial launch it is priced at $25 per month.

The planned Pro plan is currently estimated to increase to the $39-49 per month range and includes unlimited active projects, bundle export, and custom agreement slots. Early adopters will maintain beta pricing at $25 per month for at least 24 (twenty-four) months.

Project Relay does not replace a CRM, gallery host, social scheduler, invoicing system, payment processor, automated ID verification provider, or law firm. It replaces the scattered workflow of proposals, signed PDFs, spreadsheets, identity uploads, delivery links, and manual proof records.

DocuSign plus spreadsheets can work for standalone signing and manual tracking. Project Relay keeps proposals, contract stacks, signers, identity collection, forensic proof bundles, delivery gates, and client delivery summaries connected in one project record.
