Keep project participants, assigned documents, signature status, and version history connected.
Know what was signed, what the client can use, and whether the project is ready for delivery.
Project Relay keeps commercial production proposals, releases, usage rights, signatures, and delivery records connected in one project—so critical paperwork does not disappear across inboxes, folders, and spreadsheets.
No credit card required · Currently $25/month after the 5-day beta trial · Cancel anytime
A signed PDF is not the same as a connected project record.
When releases, agreements, usage terms, identity files, and delivery links live in different places, simple questions become difficult to answer later.
Plan usage grants alongside the project instead of reconstructing licensing terms from messages months later.
Use a delivery gate to check required paperwork and preserve the final project record before handoff.
Organize the job in three stages.
The product is designed around the lifecycle of a commercial photo, video, advertising, or brand-content project.
Plan the work
Build an itemized proposal, estimate production scope, save pricing scenarios, define deadlines, and capture client approval.
Complete the paperwork
Create the project roster, generate appropriate talent, crew, and property releases, plan usage rights, and collect signatures.
Preserve and deliver
Export the proof bundle, pass delivery checks, attach the external gallery or delivery link, and activate planned licenses on delivery.
One commercial shoot. One record of what happened.
Imagine a two-day brand shoot with one client, two crew members, four on-camera talent, one location, multiple usage grants, and final assets delivered through your existing gallery.
Best suited to commercial content production.
Project Relay is most valuable when one project involves multiple people, documents, rights, and delivery conditions.
Commercial Photographers
Connect proposals, production paperwork, talent releases, client usage, and delivery.
Video Producers
Coordinate client agreements, crew, on-camera talent, property access, and final handoff.
Small Production Studios
Give each job a consistent documentation workflow without adopting a heavyweight enterprise platform.
Creative Producers
See which documents and signatures are complete before the project reaches delivery.
Brand Content Teams
Keep usage terms and production permissions connected to the project that created the assets.
Creative Agencies
Preserve a clearer record when projects involve clients, contractors, locations, and licensed deliverables.
You do not have to figure out the workflow alone.
Project Relay was built at the intersection of commercial content production, software, and cybersecurity. During beta, you can request direct help configuring the system around a real project and your existing paperwork.
Purpose-built documentation—not another all-in-one platform.
Project Relay works alongside the tools you already use for sales, payment, file storage, and gallery delivery.

The practical details.
What is Project Relay?
Project Relay is a contract and licensing management platform that connects proposals, agreements, releases, signers, usage rights, proof export, and delivery records inside one project workflow.
Who is the best fit for Project Relay?
The strongest fit is a commercial photographer, videographer, creative producer, content team, agency, or small production studio managing multiple people, documents, rights, and delivery conditions on client projects.
How does e-signing work?
Signers receive a mobile-friendly signing link and do not need an account. They can review assigned documents, draw or type a signature, and complete the required paperwork. Dual-party signing is available when both the signer and studio or business need to sign.
Does Project Relay host galleries or final files?
No. You continue using Drive, Pixieset, or another gallery or delivery provider. Project Relay attaches the external delivery URL to the project record and documents the handoff.
Does Project Relay automatically verify identities?
No. It supports encrypted ID and selfie collection for manual review by the account owner. Project Relay does not provide automated identity verification.
What is included in the forensic proof bundle?
The export can include verifiable PDFs, review copies, attachments, a signed manifest, audit chain, integrity seal, and verifier script. It is designed to make the project record easier to preserve, review, and verify later.
Does Project Relay provide contracts or legal advice?
Project Relay includes document templates and editing tools, but it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Templates are starting points and should be reviewed by your attorney for your jurisdiction and specific use case.
Can service businesses use the platform too?
Yes. Project Relay also includes a Custom / General Contracts mode for service-provider proposals, agreement stacks, signatures, proof export, delivery completion, and optional work-acceptance sign-off. The public page leads with content production because that is the platform's most distinctive workflow.
How much does it cost?
Project Relay is currently live in beta with a 5-day free trial requiring no credit card. Beta pricing is $25 per month after the trial. Confirm current pricing and terms inside the application before subscribing.
